The confirmed amount for a booking, order, or event is the amount communicated by Bruno Cafe through the final invoice, payment link, order confirmation, or written confirmation.

You agree to complete payment according to the timing and method communicated for your order or booking. Bruno Cafe may suspend or cancel service for unpaid, incomplete, or disputed transactions.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Requests to change or cancel a reservation, order, or event are handled on a best-effort basis and may be subject to notice periods, rebooking limits, forfeited deposits, or other operational conditions.

Bruno Cafe may retain deposits, preparation costs, or committed third-party charges where work, staffing, ingredient purchasing, or venue allocation has already been made for your booking.

Repeated no-shows, late arrivals, or materially inaccurate booking information may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Guest Conduct and Use of the Premises

You are responsible for your own conduct and, where applicable, the conduct of your guests, invitees, vendors, or contractors.

While on the premises, you and your guests must:

• follow directions from Bruno Cafe staff,
• respect capacity, seating, and access restrictions,
• avoid disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct,
• respect neighboring visitors, nearby residents, and surrounding property,
• use the venue, furnishings, and facilities with reasonable care.

Bruno Cafe may refuse service, require a guest to leave, stop an event, or cancel a booking if conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with venue rules.

7. Food, Beverage, and Outside Items

Menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods may change without notice based on supply and kitchen operations.

If you or your guests have allergies, dietary restrictions, or other food-related concerns, you must notify Bruno Cafe before ordering or consuming our products. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Unless approved in writing, outside food, beverages, decorations, sound equipment, or third-party service providers may be restricted.

8. Events, Workshops, and Group Use

If Bruno Cafe approves a private gathering, class, activation, or other group use, you remain responsible for:

• ensuring your event complies with applicable law and venue instructions,
• ensuring your guests behave safely and respectfully,
• ensuring your content, materials, music, branding, and activities do not infringe third-party rights,
• covering damage, extraordinary cleaning, or venue recovery costs caused by your event.

Commercial filming, photography, or branded activations may require advance written approval and additional fees.

9. Safety, Restricted Items, and Pets

For the safety of guests and staff, prohibited or unsafe conduct may result in immediate refusal of service or termination of your booking.

The following are not permitted unless expressly authorized by Bruno Cafe in writing:

• illegal drugs or unlawful substances,
• weapons or dangerous objects,
• open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials,
• activity that creates unreasonable safety, fire, health, or nuisance risk.

Bruno Cafe is pet-friendly only to the extent allowed by current on-site rules. If pets are permitted, the owner or handler remains fully responsible for supervision, cleanliness, safety, and any injury, disturbance, or property damage caused by the pet.

10. Parking, Access, and Personal Belongings

Parking or drop-off access, if available, is limited and provided at your own risk.

Bruno Cafe is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles, helmets, bags, equipment, decorations, merchandise, or other personal property brought to or left at the premises, except to the extent required by law.

Left-behind items may be retained for a limited period on a best-effort basis and may then be discarded, donated, or otherwise removed.

11. CCTV, Internet Access, and Digital Systems

Bruno Cafe may use CCTV, access controls, guest logs, Wi-Fi systems, and related operational tools for safety, service delivery, and venue administration.

If Wi-Fi or other internet access is offered, it must only be used for lawful purposes. Bruno Cafe may limit, suspend, or discontinue internet access at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, performance, privacy, or security of public Wi-Fi or guest-facing digital systems.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bruno Cafe harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
